    Guys,,,

I don't know how many of you faced this issue. I have a VB project in which the client has asked us for a jpg screenshot of a form. Now i get the form as a bmp and i've written a small converter to convert this bmp to a jpg(using sharp export). I've tested this in many machines and it works fine. But in one particular machine, the jpg file never comes up. I don't know what the cause is. Can anynone of you shed light on this ?, maybe i should do something else ?...

Could it be that the bmp (the file i take for input)..was infact a jpg file but the filename was renamed to make it look like a bmp.. ?....or maybe they have turned off jpg files (view folder settings).... i don't know where the problem lies for me to even start troubleshooting...hope someone can help me...

If it's a Windows 95 machine then there is no in-built JPEG viewer, so
you'll need to install ACDSee or something like that. Have a look in the
folder options to see if any application is associated with JPEG or try
other JPEG files on that system to see if it can view them.
